Well it is comfortable and meets our expectations. 90% who stay here are for business trips, transit before going to tioman island, and attending event/wedding ceremony nearby.. With breakfast provided & swimming pool available, it's worth every penny..

Breakfast is simple but satisfying with Malaysian breakfast selections like nasi lemak and mee goreng. Value for money to start the day. Every room on the ground floor.

Good location near the ferry terminal. A lot of food options nearby. Ample parking available. Room was a bit dated but everything worked well. Hot water heater and AC available.

the room is spacious, comfortable, the staff service is very good, especially the reception desk and the cafe and the breakfast is delicious

The variety of breakfast buffet quite limited. Location of the hotel perfect for me as it was centre of the city.
